Edit: Nov 3, 2020, I've recently re-published all of the music that was previously hidden. I've received enough emails and messages over time requesting music. While I'm not the most proud of some of what is here, I'm guilty for having hidden it from people who chose to like something that I'd made.

I've not stopped making music, but I've been tremendously slow. Sorry about that.

how come you deleted all your music? was looking for the "dark forest" track from years ago

I was hoping to restart clean and more professional/polished sound than what I'd had in the past.

If its any consolation, I didn't delete things but just unpublished them, so they do still exist.

What Yusuf said. was looking for your Tether your consideration.
Hope ya doing swell n well nowadays!

Lifes alright, hope you're well too.

where'd your music go? it was some of my favorite, being an infected mushroom fan

I took it all down, I was going to transition into a cleaner slate so to speak of better produced, more completed works. In the midst life took some turns. I'm still very slowly making music and I don't think I'm done with the name. Hopefully the newer stuff isn't too far a stray from the past.

@Starogre I'm wondering the same thing. He probably has music on his other media like soundcloud.

The reality is I have a lot of half finished unpublished stuff I'll be posting to various social medias at some very indiscernible time in the future. As I get older what I consider acceptable to share has just become more and more finicky.

Umm nvm. His SoundCloud is empty. But I found his Bandcamp. Hopefully this helps a little.

https://djclayfacer.bandcamp.com/album/orbit (The link in his bio doesn't work).

That's actually a friend of a friends music. Most of my social media's are very dry. I've been extremely slow on music is more or less what's up.

@GigaSpiritRole @InvisibleObserver I understand. I used to be a ton more creative as well. I'd just say don't put too much pressure on yourself to replicate what you've done in the past. As long as you're doing something, it's enough. That's something that took me way too long to learn.

A lot of schooling happened in the interim too, some of which was at a music industry arts program. I'm confident in saying the music from the past certainly informs the new stuff in terms of being texturally oriented, but much cleaner and more intentionally handled now. I am aiming to have about an hours worth album out within the year and a sort of IDM compilation album too of a lot of scrappier ideas of mine.

it's funny lately i've been the opposite. i wish i hadn't deleted my crappiest cartoons on here when i was a teenager so worried about my 'batting average'

I originally took things down as I didn't feel it was representative of me anymore, and not quite on brand for the direction I was moving in. Hindsight I was being sort of selfish. I got a pretty hefty vote so 5 bombing myself has the scoring covered. :P

Fortunately, I've actually kept every single project nearly I've ever made, so I've never suffered any loss.
